Why?

2- When I chose Home RTL
Show the opposite Same as the original template
in another meaning
Trends do not change

I want to open a market in Arabic, Turkish and English
But when I choose the Arabic language takes me to a RTL page
Can I do that?

Regarding Blog settings: please navigate to Theme Settings > Blog and configure the equal length as shown here: http://prntscr.com/itpvg2

Regarding RTL: You need to configure your WordPress to RTL https://codex.wordpress.org/Right_to_Left_Language_Support, in addition, you can find plugins converting the site to RTL

No, you don’t have to purchase a second license if you just need to create a separate version of your main website with RTL direction.

Unfortunately, we have not any video in this case. As we have already mentioned the main configuration are made in WordPress, and after that, you would change the appropriate demo.

Try to search for plugins which help to set up RTL, just for example https://wordpress.org/plugins/wp-rtl/
