it-1760ParticipantHi Support,
We have enabled the Stripe payment method, along with Apple Pay and Google Pay. While it’s showing correctly in the back office, it’s not appearing on the front end checkout page. Could you please check urgently to identify why it’s not working?

Aizaz Imtiaz AwanKeymasterHello,
You’re using a custom layout for the checkout page. When you create a custom layout with Elementor, it doesn’t contain any default elements or hooks. It contains only those elements that you added manually with Elementor.
In this case, we have a special widget called “Woocommerce Hook” in Elementor that you can place to your custom layout, and then the plugin will be able to add its custom content there. But I don’t know which one exactly it needs. You can either try to select all hooks one by one or contact plugin developers for help.

it-1760ParticipantHi Support,
Thanks for the update.
If you check the back office, you will see that I haven’t used the Elementor custom layout. I’ve only used the default page with the default WooCommerce shortcode. Despite this, the issue is still occurring on the checkout page.
Could you please take a look and provide a solution for it? I’ve attached a screenshot of the checkout page’s back office for reference.

it-1760ParticipantHi Support,
Thank you for the update.
We’ve disabled the Elementor checkout page layout, but Apple Pay and Google Pay are still not working.
Could you please investigate the issue?

Aizaz Imtiaz AwanKeymasterHello,
Could you please check how it works with some default WordPress themes like WooCommerce Storefront or Twenty-Twenty-Five to understand if it is our theme issue or not?
Best Regards,

it-1760ParticipantHi Support,
When using the default theme, enabling Apple Pay and Google Pay through the Stripe payment gateway automatically displays the payment options on the checkout page. However, with this current theme, they are not appearing. Could you please investigate why this is happening?
Thanks,

Aizaz Imtiaz AwanKeymasterHello,
Please try to update the new version of the theme “WOODMART WordPress NEW: 8.3.3 RELEASED”, update the required plugin, and check the issue: https://xtemos.com/docs-topic/update-the-theme/
If the issue remains, turn off all of the plugins not related to the theme, clear your site cache/ server cache, and check if the problem persists.
Best Regards,

it-1760ParticipantHi Support,
We have updated all the plugins and the theme to the latest versions, but we are still facing the issue where Apple Pay and Google Pay are not displaying on the checkout page. Can you please look into this urgently? It’s not feasible for us to deactivate plugins on the live site to troubleshoot.
Thanks,
RaviOctober 28, 2025 at 1:48 pm #693167
it-1760ParticipantHi Support,
Did you deactivate all the plugins to check? This has caused our entire live website to break. Please revert the changes immediately. We did not authorize deactivating all the plugins.

it-1760ParticipantUrgently revert all the changes you made. They have caused our live website to break completely.

Please urgently restore the changes. Our client is complaining about the website being down.

Aizaz Imtiaz AwanKeymasterHello,
I have further investigated the issue on your site, and due to the Header Overlap style, it might be happening on the checkout page.
Navigate to WoodMart > Header builder > edit default header (highlighted star icon), or you can go through the admin bar directly.
Click on the Settings button and disable the Make it overlap option.
If you want to disable the overlap only on the checkout page. Please try creating a new header and disabling the header overlap, and setting it as the Custom header for the page.
You can read our detailed documentation for further help: https://xtemos.com/docs/woodmart/options-for-pages/
If you have any questions, feel free to contact us.
Best Regards,

Could you please confirm why all the plugins were deactivated?

Aizaz Imtiaz AwanKeymasterHello,
I investigated the issue on your site and temporarily deactivated a few plugins for testing purposes.

it-1760ParticipantHi Support,
Following your response regarding the overlapping header, we’ve disabled that option, but Apple Pay and Google Pay are still not appearing. Could you please check again?
Also, please refrain from making any changes on the live website, such as disabling plugins, as it is affecting the website layout.
Kindly investigate why Apple Pay and Google Pay are not displaying on the checkout page.
Thanks,

Aizaz Imtiaz AwanKeymasterHello,

it-1760ParticipantHi Support,
I have made the changes because most of our plugins were disabled, which caused the website to break. Please check the password in the private content; the username will remain the same as previously provided. Also, please do not disable any plugins.
If there’s a plugin causing issues, let us know, and we’ll disable it on our end to check.
Thanks,

Please check back your site after completely clearing the browser cache and check the issue.
I have activated the parent theme on your site and disabled the header overlap from header settings.
