apply coupon and update cart button overlapped on pc device

Please check the screenshot in attachment, apply coupon and update cart button overlapped on pc device, but it`s normal on mobile device, and there is no space to enter coupon code on pc, please help me solve this problem.

Please make the full backup of your site as well as the Theme settings export and check the issue on the Storefront theme to detect if our theme causes the problem. Storefront is a free theme developed by WooСommerce.

I have switched to Storefront theme and find it works fine, please see the screenshot. I have add some custome css code to adjust the add to cart button, just removed and find it doesnt affect the apply coupon button, maybe its the theme problem, is there a way to solve this?
