Apply only one (different) shipping fee below and above an order amount

Hi,
Please let me know how should I set up the shipping fee part of my woocommerce.

I have no shipping classes. I have only one shipping zone as the shipping fee depends on the order’s total fee. Below 19980Ft (the total order amount) the shipping fee is 1499Ft, but above 19980Ft (the total order amount) it is free. So, I added 2 shipping method:
– free delivery, and I set the minimum amount to 19980
– flat rate, and I set the fee to 1499

After these settings, if I make an order below 19980Ft, the shipping fee shows correctly, it is 1490Ft, but if the order is above 19980Ft, I can see and I can choose from both shipping fee: free and 1490Ft also, and the active is the free correctly. I attached a screenshot of both cases (it is in hungarian, but I hope you can understand, what my problem is).

My question is: how can I hide the 1490Ft shipping fee option above 19980Ft order, to see only the free shipping method?
