Archive shop page display featured first

Hi Guys,

we’re using Dokan with your Theme. Now there is a function inside which you can create ads, they assign to it the featured option in WC.

Now when we are in the shop, all featured should be displayed first and after that the product as per default by Alfabet. Now the featured is displayed as Alphabetic and comes in the site on page number 3 or somewhere.

How can we sho in the show the featured product first and than the rest as per default sorting. To be clear on first entering the shop without applying manual a filter.

yes i already thought so please check as following.

Pic 1 : the default shop sorting without applying filters is Alpabetic, so starts from A-Z if no filter is active.
Pic 2: Dokan has a feature called advertising and this marks a product as Featured and automatically should put the to the top of the shopping pay as this should be a paid option and always these products needs to be the first ones displayed in the shopping page. PIC 3
PiC 4: So WooCommerce then has this featured product now the key is that on the SHOP PAGE these products need to be the first ones to show on the page.
PIC5 So the shop page should first display the featured product and then the rest.

Now the theme template (product archive PIC6) is using a widget to display the content which is called Archive products Pic7 and there is no way to set a sorting on it what to display first…

So We would need to diplay first the Featured product and afterwards the entire shop archive. Did you get it this time? (rest of the pics follow)

This widget doesn’t have custom sorting since it is a part of the WooCommerce template. It takes the same sorting as you have on your shop page when the layout is disabled.

OK This is what we already thought but is there a way that we can change the sorting to first display the Featured product and afterwards the rest like the default value.

I’m afraid there is no such option in our theme and WooCommerce by default. It might require additional code customization to achieve this.
