I have ben waiting patiently for about 24 hours now for someone to help me. The staff has answered multiple times to other post excluding mine.
If you don’t want to help me, just say so and I will stop posting. This kind of behavior is not good towards a customer who has paid additional money for the support. If I was an expert I would have not paid money to buy the theme and then additional money for extended support.
This is disappointing.
