Please deactivate all the plugins not related to the theme and switch the parent theme, check the issue, if the problem remains, leave the plugins not activated and provide the site admin access to the private area

Without plugins, they work correctly. One of your plugins damaged the functionality. Check your old backups, restore the site and check which plugins you have added recently.
When you add a plugin make the full backup of your site.
