t.simkinaParticipantHello,
on my website, the arrows of the product Gallery load very slowly. When the arrows are not loaded, no switching between gallery images is possible. The internet connection is excellent. The problem is on both desktop and mobile. Both standard layout and custom single product layout are affected. Plugins deactivating doesn’t help. A video is attached.
Kind regards,

Luke NielsenKeymasterHello,
Please try to disable all plugins except these ones:
Elementor or WPBackary
Woodmart Core
WooCommerce
Enable the Parent themeIf the problem has gone, activate the plugins one by one, checking the issue to detect which one causes the problem.
Let me know the result.
Kind Regards

t.simkinaParticipantHello Luke,
as I already wrote above: “Plugins deactivating doesn’t help.”February 23, 2024 at 10:50 pm #543309
t.simkinaParticipantSize of the main product image doesn’t affect the behaviour, I have tested it with a smaller image.

Luke NielsenKeymasterHello,
Please confirm the permission for plugins deactivation, and switch to the parent/default theme. As soon as we complete the testing we will enable all back, You would better make the full backup of your site. Also, send me the admin access to the dashboard panel.
Thank you in advance.
Kind Regards

t.simkinaParticipantHello Luke,
credentials are in the private section (the site is a copy).
Here is some more data: I tried to fix delayed loading with the usage of WP Rocket and CDN on my live website. The problem was not solved, arrows still take too long to load, as well as the mobile menu. But I created another ticket for this.February 27, 2024 at 4:44 pm #544358
Luke NielsenKeymasterHello,
Without 3rd party plugins, the arrows load fast, here is a video: https://take.ms/SGPid , it means that 3rd party plugins affect the speed of the loading necessary scripts that show those arrows.
With 3d party plugins, we can see a delay: https://take.ms/lGzQO
I suggest you remove 3rd party plugins one by one and check the loading of the arrows so in this way you can detect which plugins affect the speed of the page.
Kind Regards

t.simkinaParticipantHello Luke,
I don’t know how you test, for me the deactivation of all plugins doesn’t help. I will attach a demo video.I’m afraid, we are where we were at the beginning, I wrote deactivation doesn’t help in my first message. Could you please try to improve the situation as soon as possible?
February 28, 2024 at 11:43 pm #544841
t.simkinaParticipantThe video shows both menu and arrows loading problem.
February 28, 2024 at 11:45 pm #544842
t.simkinaParticipantI see both problems on all devices (mobile etc)

Luke NielsenKeymasterHello,
Arrows/Menus appear as soon as the page is fully loaded. As we can see here, the page loads fast and as a result, the arrows show immediately: https://take.ms/jxQIM
If some plugins add their necessary scripts to the website, the site loads them as well and after that, it shows arrows/menu and etc. https://take.ms/vtFNb
Kind Regards

t.simkinaParticipantHello Luke,
I’m afraid this information doesn’t help. My user experience looks like this: both on mobile and on desktop I am trying to scroll and this is not possible for a couple of seconds. To show this I attached videos.
I see that our communication doesn’t function. Could you please be so kind and give this ticket to someone else?February 29, 2024 at 2:57 pm #545066
t.simkinaParticipantYou seem to confirm that the arrows are shown after everything else is loaded. If so, this behaviour is wrong, everything which is visible should be loaded first. Please consider a fix.

Luke NielsenKeymasterHello,
Checked the arrows after removing this https://take.ms/ZQ7c8 video on the product page and they started to work better after it.
Video from my side: https://take.ms/kUgDJ
Looking forward to hearing back from you!

t.simkinaParticipantHello Luke,
I’m sorry, but your suggestions are unacceptable. Why should I remove this?? Anything else I should remove? I want to use all possibilities of elementor. This element you suggest to remove is from the demo product with a char. Please don’t take any of my tickets anymore. I will duplicate the ticket so that your colleagues can take it.March 4, 2024 at 4:52 pm #546089
Luke NielsenKeymasterHello,
Sorry for the inconvenience.
I do hope you would remain as our valued customer and thank you for your time.
Kind Regards
