ideashopacquiterme.comParticipantDear Support Team,
I am writing to seek assistance regarding an issue with the brand filter displayed in the sidebar on the main shop page within the Woodmart WordPress theme.
Currently, the brand filter is correctly displayed in the sidebar on the main shop page, allowing customers to filter products by brand as intended. However, the problem arises on all other pages of the shop, such as category or subcategory pages, where the brand filter is not displayed at all.
I have attached screenshots highlighting this issue for your reference.
Could you please assist me in resolving this matter? I would greatly appreciate any guidance or instructions you can provide to ensure that the brand filter is consistently displayed across all pages of the shop.
Thank you for your prompt attention to this request. I look forward to your assistance in resolving this issue.
Best regards,

ideashopacquiterme.comParticipantHi,
Thank you for your response and suggestions.
I appreciate your efforts in addressing this matter. However, I wanted to inform you that I had previously followed the steps outlined in your message. Despite regenerating the product attributes lookup table and disabling the “Use the product attributes lookup table for catalog filtering” option in WooCommerce settings, the issue persists.
To provide further clarity, I want to emphasize that the brand filter functions correctly and remains visible on the main shop page (URL: https://ideashopacquiterme.com/negozio). However, the problem arises on other pages (URLs: https://ideashopacquiterme.com/categoria-prodotto/casalinghi/bicchieri , https://ideashopacquiterme.com/categoria-prodotto/profumi , https://ideashopacquiterme.com/categoria-prodotto/capelli , etc.), where the brand filter is not displayed.
Could you please investigate this issue further and verify the configuration on our website?
Your assistance in resolving this issue is greatly appreciated.
Thank you for your attention to this matter.
Best regards
