This issue is usually caused by a cache or incorrect HTTP and HTTPS configuration: https://domain.com is the actual site URL, however, http://domain.com is used in Dashboard > Settings > General. In this case, it is necessary to configure URLs correctly or clear the cache and check again.
If the issue remains, please deactivate all the third-party plugins and activate only theme-required plugins on the site and then check the issue. I am sure your issue will be solved. Then, activate the third-party plugins one by one and check which plugin is creating the issue for you.
