hichamslama2020ParticipantI am encountering an issue with the WoodMart theme on my site. The site was functioning perfectly until an error started appearing. After thorough testing, I confirmed the issue originates from the theme and not the plugins.
Here’s what I have tried:
Updated, deleted, and reinstalled the theme.
Disabled all plugins and reactivated them one by one.
Despite these efforts, the error persists whenever the theme is active. The site works fine when the theme is deactivated.Could you please assist me in resolving this issue? Let me know if you need additional details.
Thank you for your support.

Please disable any plugins not directly related to our theme and provide us with your admin access details. We will log in to your dashboard and investigate the issue. Please ensure that you only keep the following plugins that are necessary for our theme to work correctly:
– WoodMart core
– WooCommerce
– Elementor/WPBakery Page BuilderThank you in advance.

hichamslama2020ParticipantI am experiencing an inconsistent issue with my site that I need your help to resolve. Here’s what has happened so far:
I deactivated all the plugins and moved them to another file, which made the site work properly.
Initially, when I deactivated the plugins one by one, I identified that some plugins were incompatible with the theme like (smart-slider-3, webappick-product-feed-for-woocommerce, google-listings-and-ads) but all oh these were working fine before.
However, after reactivating all the plugins, the site continued to work fine despite the initial incompatibility.
The issue is confusing because the site sometimes works perfectly, but at other times, it stops functioning entirely.I can provide you with my admin access details and cPanel access if needed. Please let me know how to proceed or if additional information is required.
Thank you for your support.
Best regards,
Hicham SLAMAJanuary 28, 2025 at 1:43 pm #633433It looks like the problem is caused by some of the installed plugins. Next time you face this problem, try to deactivate/activate them one by one to understand which plugin causes this issue.

hichamslama2020ParticipantI encountered an issue with my site and tested by deactivating all plugins. The site worked fine after deactivation, and surprisingly, when I reactivated the plugins, the site continued to function correctly.
I rely on certain plugins like Smart Slider and Google Listings & Ads, so I need them to remain active. However, I’m concerned that the issue might reoccur. Could you please verify if there’s any underlying conflict or configuration problem causing this?
Thank you for your assistance.
January 28, 2025 at 1:58 pm #633453We can’t say exactly what is wrong but it seems to be not related to our theme if it works correctly when plugins are turned off.
