You must display the contact form using our theme’s element. Replacing the current one with our theme’s element will fix the issue.
Try to create an HTML Block using the and add the Contact Form 7 widget of our theme.
Then, go to Appearance > Widgets and add the newly created HTML Block to your footer column.

Your issue has been resolved. I edited your HTML Block using Elementor and replaced the previous form with our theme’s built-in Contact Form widget.
Please check your website now and verify that everything is working as expected.
