1. Adding Products on Sale
I currently have around 40 or more products that I would like to place on sale. Could you please guide me through the most efficient process for adding these products to a sale in bulk, instead of editing them individually?
2. Adding Product Tags (e.g., “Hot”)
I’d like to add tags or labels such as “Hot” to certain products for better categorization and customer engagement. Could you explain how I can set this up for my products?
3. Estimate Delivery Feature – Adding a Cut-Off Time
The recently added Estimate Delivery feature has been helpful for providing customers with shipping and delivery details. However, I’ve noticed an issue where it does not account for a time-based cut-off for same-day delivery.
Example:
If a customer places an order after 11AM or 12 PM, the system still displays that the product will be delivered the same day, even though the cut-off time for same-day shipping has passed.
Request:
I am requesting that a cut-off time option be added to the Estimate Delivery feature so that
Orders placed after a specified time (e.g., 11AM or 12 PM) display the next available delivery date (e.g., “Order will be delivered tomorrow”).
This improvement would ensure customers receive accurate delivery expectations based on my business’s actual shipping practices.
