At grid shop page is showing all sizes even the out of stock variations

I have choose from woocommerce/settings/products/inventory
Hide out of stock items from the catalog
so now when I go to a product it is working and shows with gray color the sizes that are out of stock and with black the ones that you can select, that they are in stock.
But at the grid view of showing many products if you go to choose a product all sizes are with black color and you can select them and after that they turn to gray color and are out of stock.

can you please advise me how to fix that ?
I want from the beginning to be able to see if it is in stock or not

Sorry, but it is not possible to achieve this with WooCommerce variable products. Its scripts add CSS classes so we can turn them into grey color only when you click on some of the attributes. We are not able to rewrite this behavior.

sorry that this cannot be changed…
but I managed to hide the variations from theme settings/shop/
I turned off the Show variations on quick view and the “Quick Shop” for variable products
so this is a solution to my problem…
I noticed that the problem was also at the quick view of a product, all the sizes was there even the out of stock. What is the difference between those views (shop page, quick view) and the single product page, where the out of stock variables turn grey (correct behavior)?

Strange, but when we edit any files with FTP we don’t see any changes. Are you sure that you provided the right access?

I found another issue with this function

when you have choose a size of a product and go back to select another one it shows again all the sizes active, until you press one of them…

please go to the product, you see that 2 sizes are in stock (black) and 2 sizes are out of stock (grey)
select a size and add it to your bag, from bag go back to the same product, the size that you had choose before is chosen and all sizes are black, you have to press clear or another size to be correct again.
