Attribute Color icon is not showing up on product page except variation product

Also suggest how to get colors above “add to cart button” and brand on product page plus colors on category page product see attachment, i want to get similar to attachments.

Hello,
Deactivate all the plugins not related to the theme and check the issue.
In order to configure color swatches:
Š¢avigate to Dashboard -> Products -> Attributes -> Color -> Configure iterms, enable swatch as shown http://prntscr.com/jskm29 and set the color
Navigate to Theme Settings > Shop > Attribute swatches > choose pa_color (your color attribute)
In order to show brands on the product page: navigate to the Theme Settings > Shop > Brand and configure Brands showing on the product page.
