Attribute Description Link On Single Product Page

Hello i have an attribute that i have enable swatch so in single product page this attribute is a link. Also when clicked going on Blog and not fount page.
Is it possible by clicking to show the description that i have write in attribute description ?

So i have a description on an attribute value and when i click it on the single product page i want to show the description that i wrote.

Enable archives in the attribute and when you click the color you should get the page like this http://prntscr.com/lwolrc
Your screen 4 shows the blog. Color item cannot lead to a blog.
