Attribute filters by default

Hello, could you explain me how could I configure correctly attributes filters. They’re in theme by default but seems like work wrong. I use them in Shop filter widget with WOODMART WooCommerce Layered Nav.

Please make sure that the Attributes that you are using on your Site have the Products tagged in them.

If the issue still persists, then please once try deactivating all the third party Plugins on your Site. If the issue gets resolved, then reactivate them one by one to see which Plugin is causing the issue.

If somehow issue still persists, then please take complete Backup of your Site first, then provide us the permission to completely debug your Site which includes deactivating all the third party Plugins and removal of on-Site Customization changes too, so that we can thoroughly check this issue on your Site and assist you accordingly.

Actually, for the Filters to work you need to have the Variable Products on your Site.

Could you please check by adding Variable Products on your Site? Because as we are seeing there aren’t any Variable Products added on your Site.

I see. I just want to work without Variable goods. So should i use another type of filters in this case? Like Premmerce or so?

Sorry to say but if you want to use any third party Plugin(s) on your Site in this regard then you can use at your own risk because we haven’t tested out much Plugins yet with the Theme in this regard.

Hope you can understand our limitations in this regard !

If yes and still facing the issue, then kindly please be more specific regarding exactly what issue you are facing regarding the Linked Variations. Also, please share the exact Product URLs too on which you are trying the Linked Variations.

All the products are simple. I dunno, maybe i need to choose anything on attribute page. Thank you in advance

The “Attribute for the product image” sets the product’s images instead of the default attribute color or image.

I try to choose picture… I failed to understand the logic. Can I use Simple products for link variations? Should i choose picture for that or it may be shown as text? So f.e. if i want to show different sizes for single product i need to create picture for each size?

Your issue has been solved. Actually, you have not added the linked variation widget in the custom layout used for the single product page. I have added the widget now it is showing fine:

Right now the Text Swatch option under the Theme is available for the Attribute Values or you can say Terms not as a whole a single option for Attribute.

So, could you please elaborate further what do you mean by letting the single attribute to update? So that we can check accordingly.

Sorry to hear about the inconvenience but quite strangely the issue is specifically arising on your Site for a specific Attribute term M6. For others, the Text Swatch is working fine.

On our Test Site, we haven’t faced such an issue and haven’t received such complaints from other Customers too in this regard, so could you please once try deleting and recreating the M6 Term on your Site (if possible) and then check back the issue again. Hopefully, you won’t find the issue again.
