arj1373ParticipantI thought it would be better to share you something that may be useful to troubleshooting.
In this issue, just for two product/brands everything in shop page and the product page (both languages) is correct:

Artem TemosKeymasterWe don’t know what is the difference between these products. The fact is that our theme is working correctly now and some products are displayed well. Try to contact WPML support team for help because it seems that some translation is not complete and we don’t have extended documentation for this.

arj1373ParticipantWe have made all attribute once again. Now we have started to list about 100 color-variable products once again. But there are still two problems:
– After adding new variable products, we have to change the slug of the attribute. then the swatch color will be shown on the shop page and product page. https://nimb.ws/pCBORc. So, as you see each time we add some new letters at the end of the slug.
– During 2 days, our shop was down 5 times. (upstream time out (110: Connection time out) while reading response header from upstream). Each time after restarting the server it will run again. https://nimb.ws/aST4d3
Note: We have 4 domains on the server. When our shop is down, the 3 other one are available normal. It means the problem domain is only (brainbowtoys.de).
We talked with our server provider. After investigation, they said that by the server everything is OK. and it is happening due to some scrip in the header of the site or something like this.
I have to mention that this problem occurred during these days and before that never.I ask you so kindly, please help me to solve these issues. We have to pay for 2 staff otherwise We have lost this week totally.
We are looking forward to your kindly effective assist to solve the issue.

Artem TemosKeymaster1. We don’t quite understand that point. Could you please describe step by step how to reproduce this issue on your website?
2. Regarding the server down problem, it is not possible to investigate it while it is working. At least, server providers should check it and if it is caused by some scripts, they have to know which one exactly and in what situation. Otherwise, it is not possible to understand what is wrong since there are no error logs and it may be caused by a lot of different things, not just because of the theme.

arj1373ParticipantNow our shop is once again down. I don’t restart the server because you see what is happening. You have already all access information to our server as same as server owner. Please take this opportunity to investigate the issue and help us to solve this problem.

Artem TemosKeymasterWe don’t see the problem now. And as we said, we are not able to troubleshoot such kind of issues. The report should be prepared by server administrators.

arj1373ParticipantPlease see the attached error log files. Hopefully, it is sufficient. Should you require more data, please let me know.
We are looking for the cause of the error. Server provider told it is a problem by theme because only one domain from 4 installed domain has this problem. (When our shop brainbowtoys.de is going down, all the other website are working correctly).
Anyway, I ask you so kindly please assist us to find the issue and solution.

Artem TemosKeymasterYou didn’t upload the files. And these error logs is not enough. As I said, we have to know which exactly error causes this. Server administrators should know this.
