Attribute selector issue in secondary languages

Hello,

We are experiencing an issue with the attribute selector display on a WooCommerce product using your theme.

On the left side, we have the main language (Spanish – ES), where both the color and size attribute selectors are displayed correctly.

However, on the right side, when viewing the same product in French (FR) (the same also happens in English – EN), the color selector works correctly, but the size selector is not displayed in the same way as in the main language.

The website is running on WordPress Multisite and uses the following plugins: WPML, WPML Multilingual & Multicurrency for WooCommerce.

We have already reviewed the taxonomies, translations, and product attributes, and everything appears to be correctly set up. Despite this, the size selector is not displaying properly in the secondarys languages.

Could you please advise what might be causing this issue and how we can resolve it? Any guidance would be greatly appreciated.

I have found that you have not enabled the Texxt Swatch option for the size attributes in English and French languages. I have enabled text swatch option for 2 attributes and now they are showing fine in English language for the product here: https://ibb.co/MxHPNTyc

Currently, there is no built-in option to enable the text swatch for attributes in bulk.

Navigate to Products > Attributes in your WordPress dashboard > Edit the term value of each attribute and enable the Text swatch option.

In addition to this, we are facing another issue: in the FR version, the colors are not displayed on the product page.

We have reviewed the color attributes and noticed that in ES the “Text Swatch” option is not enabled, so in this case we are not sure why the color is not being displayed.

Could you please let us know what might be causing this issue and what the correct configuration would be to ensure the color is displayed properly in all languages?

I have checked the other products in the French language and found that the color swatches are showing fine. The issue is only with that product. Please check your other products in French language.

Upon reviewing the product URLs you provided, I found no issues with most of them. Only one product exhibits a problem: the one named METAL PLANTER 50 in English. You can verify this—it’s the only item displaying a dropdown for attributes.

Regarding the size/measurement markers, we have already understood the issue and the reason why the dropdown appears in that case.

However, in our latest messages we were referring specifically to the color selector issue.

The problem is that the color swatches are not displayed in the FR and EN versions, while in ES they appear correctly. This is the issue we are currently trying to resolve.

I am attaching a screenshot so you can clearly see the difference between the languages.

Could you please review this specific issue?

To start with, could you please check this issue using the default theme? At the moment, we can see that WooCommerce itself is not displaying the color variations for the product.

We have tested it using both Woodmart themes, the parent theme and the child theme, and the issue still occurs on the pages where we are experiencing the error.
