Attributes

I was adding attributes. All of sudden dashboard & website went down. I have not made any changes or didn’t add any plugin in between. It was showing 403 error (Came to know using page source). From then i am not able to add any attributes.
One thing which i have observed is, popup for color selection is not coming. Can you help me to fix this.

Could you please check how it works with some default WordPress theme like twentysixteen to understand is it our theme issue or not?

Its the same in ‘Twenty Seventeen’ theme also 🙁

Try to disable all external plugins that are not related to our theme and check again. If it will not help, contact your hosting provider for help.
