Attributes and filters do not work on the store page and in the category

Hello. First of all, I want to thank the creators for such a gift as a Woodmart theme!
Woodmart solved many of my problems with building a great online store.

I had this difficulty: on the store and category page, when I click the attribute buttons in the filters to select a product with certain characteristics, the filter does not select or show the products that I want to see.

For example, I am in the washing machines category and I want the filter to show me 7 kg washing machines. But when I click on the 7 kg attribute, the listing also shows me those products that do not have 7 kg.

On my other site, which has the exact same theme and settings, everything works correctly.

Please advise how to solve this problem.

I kindly request you to conduct a check by activating the default WordPress Theme, such as Storefront or Twenty Twenty-Three (Appearance > Themes) and keep WoodMart Core and Elementor or WPBakery plugins activated. This is to ascertain whether the issue you are experiencing is due to our theme or not.

I have the Woodmart Child theme activated. Storefront is installed, but it is not activated, since it is not possible to activate two themes at the same time. WoodMart Core and WPBakery plugins are also active.

I have 2 sites and the filters work well on one, for example this: https://ciel.ge/sunamoebis-saiti/
This is where filters work.

And other: https://mytechnica.ge/shop/
Filters don’t work here.
