nik_kefParticipantHello,
I have a problem showing the attribute filters on the left sidebar which can only be seen into shop page.
I don’t know what I am missing here. I am using Woodmart Woocommerce layer nav filter into shop page sidebar but when I am switching to a category attributes filters are disappeared.Any help I would be grateful.
All the best,

Elise NoromitMemberHello,
Thank you very much for choosing our theme and for contacting us.
Such may happen when the products from this category do not have the attributes which are presented in the sidebar. Also, enter the widget and make sure you have not limited the showing the attributes by categories.
Best Regards

nik_kefParticipantHello,
Thank you for your prompt reply.
Those categories that are chosen they do have these attributes. I have also checked the attribute widgets to be shown in all categories.
Am I missing something here 🙁 ?
Choose for example Ενδύματα category which has those color and size attributes. As I know from woocommerce there is no way to assign attributes to category. You create the product, the attributes and afterwards assign the product to one or more than one categories right? Are you suggesting a vise versa way? To assign or connect somehow attributes to a category? If so how is that possible in woocommerce?
Thank you.October 13, 2020 at 8:37 am #232858
Elise NoromitMemberHello,
Please deactivate all the plugins not related to the theme and switch the parent theme, check the issue, If the problem has gone, activate the plugins one by one, checking the issue to detect which one causes the problem.

Elise NoromitMemberHello,
We have checked on the Storefront theme and we see the same:
http://prntscr.com/uz05ne
http://prntscr.com/uz05se
http://prntscr.com/uz05vbThis means that problem is not caused by our theme, most likely the problem is caused by Woocommerce or product settings.

nik_kefParticipantHello,
Thank you for your reply. So are you suggesting reinstalling woocommerce or clear database?
What should be a proper setting for a variable product. I haven’t done something beyond woocommerce tutorial of how to create a variable product.Any suggestions I would be grateful.
Thank you

Elise NoromitMemberHello,
I do not see any errors in the console. Try to reinstall Woocommerce if it does not help, make the content export, and reinstall all, then import the content and settings.
Best Regards

nik_kefParticipantHello,
You were right. After installing a clean installation of wordpress the filters worked as they should. But the question is what was the error and how can I fix it to an already malfunction wordpress installation.
I think we have to start from the beginning. Either way thank you for your services.
You can close the ticket now.Best wishes

Elise NoromitMemberHello,
That was an error in Woocommerce or WordPress. If you have the same problem on a multisite it means you have installed or configured something. Our theme does not influence.
Best Regards
