Hung PhamKeymasterHi vinko.nicolas.kolar,
Thanks for reaching to us and appreciate your patience.
Try to go to WooCommerce > Status > Tools and click on “Regenerate the product attributes lookup table”.
Let me know the results.
Kind Regards

vinko.nicolas.kolarParticipantActually never mind, it doesn’t really work. I put a timer on my phone.. It makes the attribute filters appear for about 1 minute and 10 seconds, then they disappear again.
It hapens both on the /shop page and on /product-category pages.
Screen recording: Video
You can see in the video that i regenerate the tables, the filters appear again and after reloading a few times // waiting 1 minute, they disappear again.

Hung PhamKeymasterHi vinko.nicolas.kolar,
Thanks for sharing the details.
I kindly request you to conduct a check by activating the default WordPress Theme, such as Storefront or Twenty Twenty-Three (Appearance > Themes) and keep WoodMart Core and WooCommerce plugins activated. This is to ascertain whether the issue you are experiencing is due to our theme or not.
If the problem persists even with the default WordPress theme, it would suggest that WoodMart theme is not the cause of the issues.
In case it works with default theme, would you mind if I deactivate extra plugins for testing? Please confirm me back.

vinko.nicolas.kolarParticipantI activated the default WordPress Theme, but i think this doesn’t make sense for testing in my case. The default WordPress theme by nature doesn’t show the shop sidebar and the custom layouts. So naturally everything was just empty when i activated it.
You can test by yourself and also turn off plugins. Please just don’t delete anything and possibly turn them on again, if they are not the reason.
Thank you.

Hung PhamKeymasterHi vinko.nicolas.kolar,
May I switch to other themes and test myself? Please confirm me back.

vinko.nicolas.kolarParticipantYes you can – the page is not actively being used by any user right now. As long as you can revert the changes, you can do anything.

Hung PhamKeymasterHi vinko.nicolas.kolar,
I switched to WoodMart parent theme, updated WoodMart Core plugin and reactivated all extra plugins.
I also re-added WOODMART WooCommerce Layered Nav, seems you removed it, and everything worked well https://prnt.sc/3Ss0RfdsT7yL https://prnt.sc/eePZIwD-VW_v
You should reactivate them one by one. This makes it very easy to isolate the plugin causing problems.
