Attributes not shown as dropdown

Hello,
I am not sure if this is a theme problem but I can’t think of anything else.

In one product, one attribute is not shown as a dropdown but as text.
In another product, the same attribute is shown as it should, a dropdown.

the URLs are in the private content area.

The site is fully updated except WPBakery (6.4.2)

PS this forum is the only way to get support? isn’t there a ticket system?

I have visited your website and the screenshots you attached.

Please make sure that you have disabled the “enable swatch“ option for all the attribute items by editing from Products >> Attributes >> Configure Items.

Then clear cache and check back.

I created a new product, used only two attributes (3×12, 3×15).
I checked and the “enable swatch” option is disabled.
I cleared the cache.
But again it’s the same behavior.

I saw the screenshot you attached.

You need to edit each attribute item from the first attribute and disable the option as I mentioned in my previous reply.

Then check back. If the issue still occurs then provide with the admin panel login details of the website to check it myself and help you out accordingly.

I have logged into your website and created a test attribute and added the attribute items to the product as variations and they are displayed as dropdowns.

Which clears that the issue is not from our theme the issue seems to be with the attributes you added.
