Attributes swatch issue.

    When we change the swatch style to something other than the default, it functions correctly for a few minutes before reverting back to the default setting. This issue occurs with the Swatch Style, Shape, and Size options.

    Admin dashboard –> Products –> Attributes –> Click Edit on any attribute name –> Change the Swatch Style –> Click on update.

    Attached zip file contains two folders.

    Before –> Swatches after update
    After –> Changes for reset after few minutes automatically.

    We disabled few plugins and that seems to resolve the issue for now.

    If you need to disable any plugins for debugging purposes, please do so between 1 AM and 5 AM IST. Since this is a live site, we want to avoid impacting traffic.

    If that timeframe doesn’t work for you, please suggest an alternative time that suits you.

    First of all, I’m really sorry have taken long time to reply you due to the weekend.

    You can create a dev site and import any template there. Devsite – also called a Staging platform where you can test issues, enable/disable features/plugins thus such changes will affect the main site. The below article will help you to create it:
