Auto blog tag links

Hi

I have noticed that any word associated with my blog, such as a category, gets turned into a link and restyled to the global styling (Elementor) for links.
This is really rather annoying and I’ve never seen it happen before, and I cannot work out what is controlling this, so I can stop it.

Anyone have any ideas?
