Auto E-mail on adding note

    Hello, i have this problem. If i add a note in order (i want to add the tracking number) the customer not received auto mail with added note. I have try so much ways but nothing. Any help?

    Hello,

    Please make the full backup of your site as well as the Theme settings export and check the issue on the Storefront theme to detect if our theme causes the problem. Storefront is a free theme developed by Woocommerce.

    Hello,i have tried this with storefront theme.

    I have tried with 2 orders with 2 different emails. With hotmail and gmail.

    Both of theme the adding note email send normally. But, in hotmail only note email sending, the order received and complete not.

    In gmail, sending only order received and the adding note email.

    Hello,

    Email creating as well as email sending is the Woocommerce functionality, our theme does not influence that.

    Our theme is just skin.

    Yes i know very well. And what’s your reply in the problem? With Basel theme the email don’t send right. And i am in Basel’s forum as well!

    Please describe your actions step by step with the screens on the Basel and on a default theme so that we could reproduce and test.

    Hello again, the problem is simple. I want to send a note on my customer the tracking number.

    If i write the number inside the order (check image) the email DONT sent on customer.

    All other emails sending normally.

    I try to change the theme in Storefront and works normally, both of hotmail and gmail used mails on orders.

    I change again on Basel, in one order the note (email) sent on customer but 30 minutes later.

    In other test order,the email sent 1 hour later. And in last, don’t sent at least.

    That’s all.

    Now, in Gmail is fine. I talked with my clients and the emails with notes sent normally.

    But, another client with HOTMAIL not worked. So, the problem is only if the customer has insert hotmail email in order

    As I already told you our theme does not influence on email generation and sending, unfortunately.

    Try to contact your host support, perhaps they would suggest a solution, maybe there is any spam or other filters.
