Autoload products is not working

I was checking some products from this category: https://cesaicumpar.ro/categorie/idei-cadouri-barbati/cadouri-iubit/

And noticed the products won’t load (this is what appeared – https://imgur.com/a/LtdfoMG)

I clicked on the button and the text changed to “Loading…”, and back to “Load more products” without loading anything.

The total number of products loaded was 12, and I have way more products in this category.

This is not normal.

WP Rocket doesn’t cache the website when I’m logged in, so cache shouldn’t be a problem.

Or maybe I should delete the cache from Google Chrome – but again, this is not normal.

What am I supposed to do when a potential client sees only 12 products out of 100? Tell him to delete his Chrome cache? He will leave asap because of the lack of products.

I deactivated WP Rocket and ShortPixel and the problem is still there. I don’t think other plugins have something to do with this

I can’t disable all plugins because the page brokes. Feel free to login and deactivate anything you want, website is backed up.

In this case, you need to create a staging development copy of your website. There, you will be able to do such kind of experiments without any harm to your production website.

Website is backed up. Both by a plugin and by host.

If I disable all plugins except WP Rocket, like you recommend me, there will be no category page to check whether the problem is fixed or not.

I don’t know what a ‘staging development copy of your website’ is.

I told you you are free to change whatever you like. If something breaks, I can always go back to the backed up version.

We disabled extra plugins and the child theme and now it works correctly. Could you please check from your side?

The problem is the plugin WP External Links. I reached out to them and told me to add “wd-load-more” class in the Exceptions tab, but it still doesn’t work. They don’t know another solution.

I think that’s because the wrong class is added to the exception.

Do you know what class should I add to the exceptions in order for the button to work?
