As we can see, currently, you are using some form builder plugin to create a form for your products. If you want to add a product title to the email we suggest you to use Contact Form 7. When building email template with this plugin you are able to include some extra variables like post title to automatically add the product name to the email. https://contactform7.com/special-mail-tags/

Automatic updates for our theme will be implemented in 2.0 version of our theme. Hope to release it in 2-3 months.
