Automatic Theme Updates Not Showing – How to Update?

Hello,
I received an email saying the theme has a new update available. I checked your documentation on how to update and it says we should be able to click the theme from Appearance -> Themes and find the update there. When we checked, itt doesn’t say the theme has an update. Next, in your Theme License page, it says that we can also check for the update under Dashboard -> Updates but the update doesn’t show up there either.
In your documentation online, it says we can download the theme from where we purchased it and upload the theme files for a manual update. Is there any other way we can update the theme through our WordPress site so we don’t have to do it manually? If not, will a manual upload overwrite our theme settings and custom CSS? We haven’t manipulated any of the theme files so we’re not considered about those.

Please, disable all plugins that are not related to our theme and provide us with your admin access. We will log in and check what is wrong there. You can leave only the following plugins that are required for our theme:
WoodMart core
WooCommerce
Elementor/WPBakery page builder
