If you know, there is an option in Shopify where you can create an automated collection. Product Title, Product Type, Product Category, Product Vendor, Product Tag, Price, Weight, Inventory Variation, and Stock, Like by doing it.

Sorry to say but right now there is no option in Theme Settings available for that. You need to find a third party plugin to achieve more functionality that best suits you. We have not tested any plugin in this regard.
