Autoplay brand carousel in mobile issue

    Hi. I ask because i am confused after searching the support forum.

    ¿The Brand Carousel, in mobile and tablet views, is supposed to autoplay? ¿Or autoplay does not work in mobiles for performance reasons?

    I ask because i have the option activated, in desktop it works, but not in mobiles….

    I’ve tested the Brand Carousel on our test site, and I can confirm that autoplay is working on mobile devices as well.

    If it’s not working on your end, please make sure autoplay is enabled in the carousel settings and check the issue after completely clearing the browser cache.

    If the issue remains, share the wp logins details along the page URL where the issue persists so I will further check on your site and give you a possible solution.

    Sorry but i cant solve it. I think everything is setup well, but it doesnt autoplay in mobiles. I share credentials.

    Hello,

    Please deactivate all the 3rd party plugins and activate only theme-required plugins on the site, and then check the issue. I am sure your issue will be solved. Then activate the 3rd party plugins one by one and check which plugin is creating the issue for you.

    Otherwise, if the issue still exists, then keep the 3rd party plugins deactivated and let me know I will check and give you a possible solution. Also switch the child theme to the parent theme and check the issue.

    Hi. I tried that before and now i have tried again, but not autoplay in mobile.

    I have let all plugins except: woocommerce, woodmart core and wpbakery deactivated. Also i have let you activated the parent theme. Also cleared all caches from server.

    I have seen an option in Settings -> Performance -> JS about activating or deactivating swiper slider for mobile devices. I have turned it off and now it works. I didn´t know about this adjustment.

    Yes, that setting affects the Carousel in mobile. Disabling it restores autoplay on mobile devices.
