Available CPU Limit Reached of siteground

I met a problem “Available CPU Limit Reached”.
This problem happen after a new website copied (clone).
I have talk with people from siteground, you can see their reply through the private content.
I am not a professional with computer programming skills，I don’t know whether you can help me to settle out problem.

If you have a large website with heavy traffic or run resource-intensive plugins or themes, and clone other site on the same server could be due to limited server resources. Consider upgrading your hosting plan to one with more resources (CPU, RAM, and bandwidth) if necessary.
