I think you misunderstood the issue. You are showing me something different on the screenshot. Please look at my first attachment.

There is a before element with property : content :”\f121\”;
It is from woodmart-font. It’s seems the font is loaded but for some reason the icon “back” does not show up.

Please use the below custom CSS code and paste it to Theme Settings >> Custom CSS >> Global CSS section:

.wd-back-btn>a:before {
    font-size: 2rem;
}
