Background colors and images don't work on rows

Hello.

If you visit https://melaplanet.com you will notice that on the Greek version of the homepage the background images on the rows I am attaching screenshots for are missing.
Also missing are the background colors.

If you visit the English copy https://melaplanet.com/en/ everything works fine.

Any suggestions?

This is not a WPML problem.

We have deactivated the WPML plugins and the problem remains.

The problem seems to appear when the page is set as Homepage from Settings > Reading.

If we preview the page from the backend everything looks fine.
If we visit it as a visitor the page has the problems I mentioned.

Any suggestions?

You have not checked these options https://prnt.sc/sz6gup that is why when you create a translation background has not been transferred to the translation.
