Background gradient function not working

Hello, we are attempting to use the “background gradient” function within a section/row Design Options and it is not working properly. The pop-up that allows you to select the colors does not activate when the colored square is clicked. We are using the WPBakery version of the page builder.

It is not added by a third party plugin. it is in the wp bakery page builder option.

We realize the way it currently is, it is not added by a third-party plugin, however in your original response you recommended a plugin.

This is a standard feature of the WoodMart theme that we’ve been using for years, you can see from the video provided it is not functioning correctly. I’ve given you admin credentials to investigate the issue.
