After clearing the cache the issue is gone – https://take.ms/55qLi. So it looks like the a cache issue.
For the bg color and image are responsible this https://take.ms/YZnYZ option, but in your case, the image is not defined so It means that it’s something related to the cache.
Try to clear the server cache as well.
