Aizaz Imtiaz AwanKeymasterHello,
I’ve checked your site, and the background image on the top container of the homepage is displaying correctly on the frontend.
See Screenshot for clarification:https://ibb.co/ymQyVhm1
If you’re seeing something different, please try clearing your browser and site cache, or let me know which specific section you’re referring to.
Best Regards,

leon.groenveldParticipantI fixed it a different way with a other block and some CSS changes. What I notice is that content changes are shown directly but images or changes like margin/padding etc it takes hours or a day before it is visible.
I don’t have any Cache active. I have hosting with Transip.nl and I have other WordPress Elementor website on same hosting with Helle Elementor theme with not that problemen.Right now on home https://smellts.nl/ I want the top container to be 100%, I think all changes are correct but it does not show, if I do inspect I see some settings still old.

Aizaz Imtiaz AwanKeymasterHello,
Please deactivate all the 3rd party plugins and activate only theme-required plugins on the site, and then check the issue. I am sure your issue will be solved. Then activate the 3rd party plugins one by one and check which plugin is creating the issue for you.
Otherwise, if the issue still exists, then keep the 3rd party plugins deactivated and let me know so I can check and give you a possible solution.
Best Regards,

leon.groenveldParticipantI only have a payment plugin (Mollie) for Woocommerce and a shipping method (Postnl) for Woocommerce installed besides the Template plugins.
Oh and Yoast Duplicate page plugin.
There are no further pluginsMay 6, 2025 at 8:41 am #658503

leon.groenveldParticipantI tried and also checked with the Hosting company.
Something is wrong! If I change text it displays. But on Home below the Promo banner I added a margin-bottom. In backend it shows perfect, but in Frontend it just does not is visibleAttachments:

Aizaz Imtiaz AwanKeymasterHello,
Please make a full backup of your site and check how it works with the default WordPress theme like Twenty-Twenty-Five to understand if it is our theme’s issue or not.

Aizaz Imtiaz AwanKeymasterHello,
I’m sorry, but I’m unable to access your site because it’s asking for a 2FA code. Please try checking the issue using the default theme. Add the default Elementor widget, apply margin and padding settings, and see if the issue persists.
Best Regards,
May 9, 2025 at 4:53 pm #659571
leon.groenveldParticipantI made a copy and placed it on staging environment and select Twenty-Twenty-Five as a Theme. There I placed a container and a margin-bottom and it is visible immediately. It is on the same hosting environment

Aizaz Imtiaz AwanKeymasterHello,
Could you please apply the changes on the staging site using the Woodmart theme and test how it functions?

Aizaz Imtiaz AwanKeymasterHello,
I’ve added the default elements to the bottom of the page and tested the issue using a default WordPress theme. The issue still persists, which indicates that it is not related to the Woodmart theme. As this appears to be tied to Elementor’s functionality, I recommend reaching out to the Elementor support community for more specific guidance.
