marcoParticipantHi,
I’m using the background with parallax on many places at my website.
On the homepage as header and at another place at almost the end of the page, and almost every subpage as header.
On iPad in landscape, it is only showing a very small section of the image, it is zoomed in very much at a particular part. Please see attached image of the header on the homepage. In portrait it functions normally.
How to solve this?Kind regards,
Marco

Luke NielsenKeymasterHello,
Is there any chance that you could give me access to the dashboard area so I can check the site settings?
Looking forward to collaborating with you!

Luke NielsenKeymasterHello,
Thank you for the access, may I disable 3rd party plugins and enable the parent/default theme for testing?
I await your response.

Luke NielsenKeymasterHello,
It seems that your hosting blocks some countries and I am unable to check it properly on the iPad – https://prnt.sc/8FiqwVpuAAVl
Is it possible to unblock the Ukraine? If not, please check how it works on the default theme as I saw you used the parallax from the Row, which comes from WP Bakery by default.
Looking forward to collaborating with you!
Kind Regards

marcoParticipantHello,
I didn’t know Ukraine is blocked by my hosting provider, but if you check:
https://woodmart.xtemos.com/layout-parallax/
at iPad landscape, you will see the same as I have.
You will only see a very, very small part of the background image which is greatly enlarged.Kind regards

marcoParticipantHello,
The first pictures I’ve sent you last Friday are from iPad 9th generation A2602 with iOS 16.3.1
I checked my website in the Apple Store at two random iPads and they have the same. I checked a random iPad at a phone company store and it has the same. I checked it at Browserstack real device testing and they are having the same. Please see attached print screens, the name of the iPad model and iOS version is in the filename.Kind regards.

Luke NielsenKeymasterHello,
We were able to reproduce your problem and find the cause of the issue. It is related to the fact that iOS devices do not correctly calculate the value of CSS background-size set in percent, which is used to implement the standard parallax effect. We will fix this problem in the next update, which will be released in the coming weeks, but unfortunately we cannot fix this problem right now with patches or custom code. If you need to fix this right now, the solution would be to temporarily disable parallax, or give us full FTP access so that we can make the appropriate changes in the parent theme.
Thank you for your time and patience.
Kind Regards
