Background Video Not Playing on Homepage

At the top of the homepage, the background video in that section functions properly in the Editor preview; however, it does not display on the front-end. Upon inspecting the source code through the browser’s Inspect tool, we observed that the video container is missing the video tag. Please advise.

Could you please check how it works with some default WordPress themes like TwentyTwenty or WooCommerce Storefront to understand if is it our theme issue or not?
