Background video not working sporadically

    Greetings XTemos team
    Recently a new issue has started occurring – background videos aren’t working in Chrome or FireFox nine times out of ten. In Safari they seem to be working fine. Please see the following video: https://we.tl/t-Y9DMpbZatF

    But it happens on all pages.

    Hello,

    The issue seems to be due to cache. Please deactivate the cache plugin and check after removing browser cache.

    Hi Aizaz,
    I disabled the WP Rocket plugin on our staging website (https://dev2.wildguitars) and asked our web hosting company to completely empty the WP Rocket cache folder. The issue still persists; please view this video: https://we.tl/t-JdZoPEmrz0

    Hello,

    This feature comes with WPBakery page builder and our theme doesn’t influence it. Maybe there is some script issue when the video is added to the product page tabs. Unfortunately, our theme can’t affect this and we don’t have a fix.
