Backorder display on single product page

I have some products that are available on backorder. On the shop page, they correctly display the “Available on Backorder” tag. However, I would also like this tag to be shown on the individual product pages. How can I achieve this?

Maybe you are using a custom layout for a single product page. Navigate to Layouts > Edit single product layout > edit add to cart widget and make sure the stock status widget is enabled.

No, I am not using any custom layout for the single product page. The default single product layout is currently in use.

It’s done. I hadn’t updated the price, which is why the “Available on Backorder” label wasn’t showing on the single product page.
