Backup problem

i’m trying to make a backup of my website, i used your template and everytime the backup doesn’t work.
Can you please explain me why?

because seems that there are problem from your side…template autyorizathion license?

and also your template is really slow and i should fox it as soon aas possible

waiting for your feedback, i opaid the renewal because of this problem.

i ask an help in the beginning on envato and you or your team told me to renew the assistance and open a ticket….

so i did it and in the end with one plugin i can solve it everything.

i don’t mind about the euros but do you think i should pay 40€ only for a tips about the us of a plugin for make a backup? i mean i think is it right to pay if you help me on your template but like this seems that i pay 40€ for a plugin.

that’s it, i don’t think this is really fair.
