Backup Theme files for migration

Hi,
I have woodmart theme and I am trying to migrate the website to another account. Can you help me with steps or guidelines? I tried to upload database and files backups from Hostinger but the site is not working. Hostinger’s support mentioned that I should have a backup for xtemos files for migration too.
Please provide information on this.

First of all, I’m really sorry have taken long time to reply you due to the weekend.

You can import – export Theme Settings in the Theme Settings > Import/Export.

Also, the best way to migrate a site is a free plugin All in one WP Migrate https://wordpress.org/plugins/all-in-one-wp-migration/

I still have one small issue. I had a custom shop page and did changes to it from Theme settings>Products grid, now I can’t see any product on the page.
It worked fine when I changed the widgets from Customize panel, or even the products, but now the products don’t show.
I already have the custom page selected in Woocomerce>Shop page.

I crated another product and all the other products are now showing on shop page magically. 🙂
All the issues are solved. You can close the ticket.
