Backupbuddy Incompatibility?

    Hi

    I’ve just installed Backupbuddy to manage my backups for my website and each time I try to create a backup, I get an error message in the admin panel. Screenshot showing the error message attached.

    Can you please advise what I need to do to fix this issue?

    Hello,

    Thank you very much for choosing our theme and for contacting us.

    Please make the full backup of your site as well as the Theme settings export and check the issue on the Storefront theme to detect if our theme causes the problem. Storefront is a free theme developed by Woocommerce.
