I am contacting you to report a critical issue on my website. I have identified an error that is affecting the site’s functionality and server stability.
Problem Description:
I have identified a technical issue on my website: some products have stopped working correctly, entering an infinite loop that consumes an excessive amount of server RAM. This behavior does not affect all products but occurs systematically with variable products. When creating a new one, it works correctly for the first few minutes, but then the product page stops loading and displays the “Bad Gateway” (502) error.
An important detail is that, despite the error on the product page, the “Add to Cart” functionality remains operational from other areas (such as category archives or widgets), suggesting that the problem is specifically related to loading the individual product page template.
The page fails to load, showing either a 502 Bad Gateway error or entering an infinite loading loop. Meanwhile, the server’s RAM consumption spikes dramatically.
Could you please review this case urgently? The issue is affecting the availability of key products in my store.
