Bad results after updating

Hello,
After updating Woodmart to 7.2.5, WPBakery to 7.0, WordPress to 6.3 and WooCommerce to 8.0.1 my results of Google Pagespeed Insights are dropped and have warnings I never had before: https://prnt.sc/UoEMXLGJEj4a
Also the DOM has increased by almost 1000 (it was around 2200)
GTMetrix had dropped from a A score to a C score.
What has happened? I thought updates would speed up and not slow down.
So nothing has changed, only the updates.

The number of DOM elements are generated in the process of content building. All WPBakery/Elementor page builder elements are DOM elements. If you want to reduce DOM elements you will have to reduce the content: widgets, products, menu items, and others.
Also, I have checked your site performance via “PageSpeed Insights” and the result is 95 which is very well:
