Bad start with the importing the theme to my website

Hi there,
I just bought the theme, but during the steps to add the theme to my website its failed and did a huge mistakes and my website got broken, it was during the updating of Woocommerce plugin, i followed the steps, but it took such a long time to update Woocomerce, so i decided to re load the page and it became broken, i had to contact my providers to make a back up of the website. I m going to try again, but i would ne happy if you could have an idea why it happened like this…
Pls note, i am a woman 😉 and i m not a proffessional on these stuff i learned absolutely everything on my own to work with admin panel of WordPress
anyway now after the problem with the brake is fixed, i am trying to import a theme in my web, but i faced another problem, indeed i simply cannot install the plugin Woodmart Core, i dont know why, i tried several times with no luck.

Please share some screenshots for better understanding that demonstrate the problem so we can understand and reproduce it on your website.
Also, share the WP admin login details of your site so I can check and give you a possible solution.

Finally i was able to instal Woodmart Core…. i ll continiue and if there is any other problems i will let you know!
