noamflintParticipantHello,
I started my website with HandMade (multivendor).
However, I would like to see how it would look under Bakery.I thought I can simply change the version in the Woodmart Base Import page under Demo Versions but Bakery is not on the list. I’ve updated now from version 5.1 to 5.33
Also, would it ruin what I have done so far?
Please advise
Thanks

noamflintParticipantWhy changing the demo erases all work that was done?
(when I changed back it was lost)November 12, 2020 at 11:55 pm #241176
Elise NoromitMemberHello,
Please contact your host support perhaps they make automatic backups of the site. Try to restore your site.
Each time you want to test something, install a new plugin, or update the theme aways make the full-backup of the site. Changing the demo reset all the theme settings.
Now you need to find your home page and set in the General > Reading, then find the header builder and set is as default if you cannot restore the site.
Best Regards

noamflintParticipantTHANK YOU! I restored. Simple and great idea 🙂
Is there a way to “only” take the styling and typography of the Sweet Bakery and implement it on what I have? (HandMade).

Elise NoromitMemberHello,
You need export theme settings from Sweet Bakery and import into your current demo. Please make the full backup of your site and export and save the file with the current settings so that you could easily restore if you do not like the result.
Best Regards

noamflintParticipantHi,
How do I do that?
I went into a clean Woodmart Bakery installation and using the Woodmart theme settings I clicked on the Export (in the import/export tab). A JSON file was created: xts_options_backup_15-11-2020Then, when I clicked Import on the other site, nothing happens just says “New options are successfully imported.” but it didn’t let me choose. Please advise

Elise NoromitMemberHello,
Open the JSON file in any text editor, copy all the content and insert in the Theme settings > Import/Export and then press “Import”
Best Regards
