banner above products in product category page

How can I add a banner (I think thats how it it called) like this one with the sofa here:
https://woodmart.xtemos.com/product-category/furniture/
that presents before the products.

You need to create HTML block with the Promo banner or other content you want to show, then add this HTML block to the product description: https://xtemos.com/docs-topic/html-blocks-usage/

Is it possible to add the banner to a specific product category page. (Different banners to different product category pages).
